  5. Hello,

    One of new updates was in regard to the tax section located on our purchase agreements.
    We noticed that now instead of updating the tax rates on the side column like in the classic editor version.

    The updating is now done by clicking in the actual dollar amount and then having to update the State and percentage.

    Is there a way that we can have it so it automatically updates the State and percentages by adding the tax rate in the dollar amount?

  6. We have noticed when some of our sales team sends the Panda link in their outlook email, it gets blocked by other companies. I think it may be because the link is so long with lots of characters. Not sure if there is an option for a shortened link.

  12. I don't know if this is something Microsoft is doing, but it appears this way - I think Outlook recognises that the "from" address of the person sending the email is different from emails previously received from that person.

    Can you please investigate, or suggest some ways to stop this from happening? For example, can we use our own Outlook SMTP server?

At the moment (25 August 2020) it is possible to pull only the following contacts fields when you create a document from Company record in Hubspot : first name, last name, email address, phone, company name, job title, street address, city, postal code, country, state/region. The feature request is to be able to push contacts date of birth & contacts custom fields when you create a document from the Company record in Hubspot

  15. More descriptive error messages for PDF printing blocked by pop-up blocker.
    The error message says "something went wrong with pdf file generation" and Support confirmed that the error is caused when a browser blocks popups. The error message would be more useful if it instructed the user to disable popup blockers.

  18. Many of my Recipients need to download the contracts. Need the PDF document to be setup and formatted correctly when they need to print out the document (correct page break, not dividing pricing tables and remove blank pages)

  20. When adding Smart Content with Conditional rule make sure that the document has been correctly setup without blank pages or break ups. Many of the pricing tables and table blocks break or show in document has divided. Each user needs to review the document before sending it out.
