  8. The customer is looking for the pricing table to pull information from the text into the pricing table. For example, he would have an [Hourly.Rate] variable in the text of the document and would like it to be able to pull into the price portion of the pricing table.

  10. Add Cost Subtotal / Total Cost to Quote Builder Footer

Quote Builder currently allows users to track Cost at the individual line-item level, but there is no option to display the total Cost across all line items in the Quote Builder footer.

Please add Total Cost / Cost Subtotal as an available footer calculation, similar to Subtotal, Total Quantity, Discounts, Fees, and Taxes.

    Use case

For businesses that use Quote Builder for margin-aware pricing, the total selling price alone doesn't provide enough information to make pricing decisions.

Our sales team uses the Cost field to track internal and pass-through…

  11. When syncing PandaDoc pricing tables/quote builders to Salesforce Opportunity Products, discount format mismatches ($ vs %) cause sync failures or incorrect data mapping.

PandaDoc allows line items to accept both flat-amount ($) and percentage (%) discounts, but the Update Opportunity Products trigger syncs discount values as-is without format normalization. If a line item has a $ discount and the mapped Salesforce field expects %, the sync breaks or writes the wrong value.

Goal: Automatically normalize all discounts to percentage format during SFDC sync, so:
    - If a line item has a $ discount, convert it to the equivalent %
    -…

  13. Currently, it is possible to mark individual bundles within a price table as optional. The request goes one step further: the complete price table — consisting of multiple sections and line items — should be treated as one shared optional unit.

The individual sections and positions should remain visible and listed as before. However, the selection or deselection happens globally via a single checkbox that includes or excludes the entire table at once.

    Desired Behavior

A top-level checkbox controls the entire price table

When checked: all contained line items are included in the total

When unchecked: the entire price table…

  14. The Quote Builder does not support merging two sections into one while preserving both section titles as sub-headers. Users who need multiple product groups displayed under a single shared header (e.g., "Section 1" and "Section 2" both under "Monthly Recurring Fees") currently have no way to achieve this. Each section header stands alone with no parent-child relationship available. Request: allow sections to be merged or support a parent header that spans multiple sections, replicating the layout flexibility that existed in the classic Pricing Table.

  15. Users migrating from the classic Pricing Table are unable to insert full-width text rows that span all columns within a Quote Builder section. In the Pricing Table, this was used to visually group line items under sub-headers (e.g., "Nomic Outpost" and "Nomic Insight" nested under a single "Monthly Recurring Fees" section header) without displaying values in the pricing columns. The Quote Builder currently only supports one section title per section, making this layout impossible to replicate. Request: allow users to insert full-width text/label rows within a section to act as visual sub-group headers.

  17. Currently, the tax rate display precision in Quote Builder is tied to the global currency decimal places setting, causing rates like 8.875% to be rounded to 8.88% with no independent control for percentage fields.

Users need the ability to set decimal precision for tax percentage display independently of currency formatting.

  18. Having $0.00 line items show as n/a in the Pricing table would be a great addition. It would allow for more flexibility for our company while creating proposals using the Data pulled from our CRM.

  20. Currently you cannot display to the client the total net price without VAT, fees, etc. Many clients need to see this data in the quote.
Also, there are different tax % and it is not possible to show the total for each tax rate. This is important for our clients
