Change the Pandadoc contract status to "declined" when the HubSpot deal stage is equal to "closed lost"
If a deal is lost, I would like the related contract in Pandadoc to be updated automatically from "Sent" or "Viewed" to "Declined" when the HubSpot Deal Stage is moved to "Closed Lost". This would help us organize our contracts - without this automation we have to manually set the status when we lose a deal, making it more time consuming. If these were automatically set to "Declined" we could also automatically send them into a "Lost" folder for analysis to learn what went wrong with these proposals. The automations offered need to go both ways, not just Pandadoc -->…

Automation that would eliminate the need to manually add the recipients and select Send after generating the document via HubSpot.
With HubSpot, as soon as you select the template, it would be nice for it to automatically add the recipients and send without having to manually do those two steps

Dynamic column show/hide in CPQ workflows
It would be nice if quote builder columns could be dynamically set to show/hide to end user utilizing the rules engine in workflows. We have multiple use cases where this is valuable: multi-year agreements with price fluctuations, multi-component dynamic true-up clauses.

I need to simply send an email with a customers plans attached after they complete a binder agreement
I need a way to have panda doc email a clients plans after they have completed the initial agreement and made a payment. The document would be unique for each customer, so we would have to setup the document that should be sent at the same time we are setting up the binder agreement. I feel like this is something I should already be able to do but cannot for the life of me see a way to do it.

Zoho 2-way sync: update fields
We really want to be able to update deal or quote fields with what they fill out on the deal, this is helpfull for are team to know if billing or shipping change on the quote. Without it our teams needs to manual check with what they have inputed in.

When a custom property in HubSpot is updated, automatically generate and send a document to the client. For example, if a customer chooses to pay via invoice and the payment method property in HubSpot is changed to ‘Invoice,’ the automation would create a credit application form and send it to the client automatically.

Zoho 2 Way Sync: update variables from Zoho CRM
Once a Pandadoc document is created from Zoho CRM there is no way to update variables when the content changes in Zoho CRM. Please add a right pane in Pandadoc just as with Hubspot where data in variables can be updated after document creation.

copy all completed docs to sharepoint
Instead of just making templates available to download automatically to Sharepoint, please make it to where we can assign sharepoint folders to all documents. Example: if I have a folder titled Proposals in my Sales Workspace I should be able to assign an automation that any document added to that folder also uploads to Sharepoint. Also, there should be a way to assign a folder to all signed docs. Example: I send a document that isn't a template, after it is signed it automatically goes to a backup folder in Sharepoint.

When a contract has been signed in advance - add a date for when the next document needs to be sent eg. the start date of the contract
When our contracts are signed the user doesn't have access until their start date. We need to send access details on the day the contract actually starts - not when it was signed or sent.

Before sending the Disclosure agreement, there should be a setting or automation button (or a link box, that we put the link of the 2nd document) and set if once signed. this document will be sent.

Improve the automation feature, I tried it but it did not work well on the types of the document we have.
It only have an option to put an specific template, better if we can link an created document.??

Create Gmail email with PDF once status is changed to "Sent"
My clients like to get a PDF of the document to share. The PandaDoc link is great for execution, but with proposals they like to send it around to others to look at and markup for negotiations. It would be great if I could "send" it then an email automatically pops up in Gmail to send them with my signature.

Populate signature automation
Looking for an automation in PandaDoc where the system would trigger signatures depending on the amount entered in a field. Example: If the amount entered in a form field is above $5,000.00 it would trigger an RVP signature to be activated since it will be needed to complete the document. Likewise, if it is over $25,000.00 in that same field, it would need to have both the RVP and SVP signatures activated. On the flip side, if it is less than certain amounts, we would not need those RVP/SVP signatures.
