  1. When our contracts are signed the user doesn't have access until their start date. We need to send access details on the day the contract actually starts - not when it was signed or sent.

  2. Schedule sending document with touch of Automation

    Example:

    1. create (Disclosure agreement)
    2. Created the 2nd document

    How to work:

    Before sending the Disclosure agreement, there should be a setting or automation button (or a link box, that we put the link of the 2nd document) and set if once signed. this document will be sent.

    or

    Improve the automation feature, I tried it but it did not work well on the types of the document we have.

    It only have an option to put an specific template, better if we can link an created document.??

  4. My clients like to get a PDF of the document to share. The PandaDoc link is great for execution, but with proposals they like to send it around to others to look at and markup for negotiations. It would be great if I could "send" it then an email automatically pops up in Gmail to send them with my signature.

  6. Currently the SharePoint upload includes the option for including the "uploaded documents". I would like to have an option to prepend the included filename to match the PandaDoc master document so that uploaded files are easily matched to the main document.

    If the Pandadoc template and document is Test123.pdf and the user uploads two documents with it then the three documents loaded into SharePoint would Test123.pdf, Test123Doc1.pdf and Test123Doc2.pdf.

  7. I would like to move a document from one folder to another folder based on the date. I would like to use this when a date field of the document equals today's date, then move the document from one folder to another.

  8. Whenever a preset item is selected using the quote builder, information within the quote builder is automatically copied into the correct fields, which are linked manually within the template.

    This would stop the user having to manually enter this same information into fields which takes time and more opportunity to make a mistake.

  9. When a customer pays a percentage of a total amount using the pricing tables (i.e. a 50% deposit when signing a proposal), I'd like the system to automatically create a draft of an invoice for the balance due that I can send at a later date. Or, some other mechanism of easily collecting the remaining 50% due.

  10. Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   11. Currently the automation to upload a document to SharePoint only allows you to save to the home site. We want to save to a specific site's document location.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
    2. In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
    3. Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
    4. Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.
  12. Every document signed by a client or associate, will be uploaded to a CRM, in this case Nimble. This automation will save time on manually adding hundreds of files into nimble.

  16. Customer needs a way to take a completed bundle and set up an automation to be able to break the bundle back into individual documents that could then be pushed into separate PDoc folders. The action would allow user to designate where each individual doc needs to go (specific PDoc folder)
