Increase File Size for Automation w/SFDC
Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.

While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. upload documents to specific Site on SharePoint
Currently the automation to upload a document to SharePoint only allows you to save to the home site. We want to save to a specific site's document location.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:
- Select Connect account during the Automations setup.
- In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
- Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
- Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.

Push PD doc status to any Dynamics table that is mapped to a template
Ability to update a field on the linked Dynamics entity(table) when the document status changes in PD. This is similar to the existing automations which update the Quote and Opportunity Stage in Dynamics. But this would work with any Dynamics table that is mapped to PD.
The automation should either provide the ability to specify the Dynamics field to be updated, or it could use a hardcoded field (e.g. pd_docstatus) which would be added to the Dynamics table.
The PandaDoc iframe in Dyanmics is great, but it requires users to manually monitor and respond to the PD status. This automation…

Upload PandaDoc signed documents to Nimble CRM contacts files.
Every document signed by a client or associate, will be uploaded to a CRM, in this case Nimble. This automation will save time on manually adding hundreds of files into nimble.

Add a bulk send item (similar to delete/move function) where we can select documents from the dashboard and click send
A lot of time is consumed when documents are to be sent, as such we really require a feature where we can select documents from the dashboard and send them, instead of having to open each file.

Individual documents in Bundle Automatically pushed into proper PDoc Folders
Customer needs a way to take a completed bundle and set up an automation to be able to break the bundle back into individual documents that could then be pushed into separate PDoc folders. The action would allow user to designate where each individual doc needs to go (specific PDoc folder)

Wants the workflow of approval to be that once the deal is approved the document associated will automatically be approved as well.

Web Forms Populating to PandaDoc
On our website, we have a form for prospective employees to fill out. This form includes their name and email address as well as whether or not a second signature would be needed (for minors). Once they fill it out, the form gets emailed to HR and they then use the information provided on the form and send our application in PandaDoc. Having the ability to automatically send the application would improve our on-boarding experience and free up time for HR to work on other projects.
