  4. Prevent the approval workflow from triggering when the recipient makes changes to the quantity or product selections in a pricing table or quote. optional selections are made by the recipient. These changes are causing the approval workflow to trigger again, but it's intended that the recipient be able to change these things.

  9. I have been building a few Zapiers to assist in our workflow but have hit a roadblock in you do not seem to support the function of "Updating a Document" via Zapier.

    You're API does support this via PATCH (https://developers.pandadoc.com/reference/update-document) but there is no pre-built function in Zapier to do this.

    Do you think this is something that will come in future?
    Is there an existing Product Update request I can upvote?

    Our use case: We're attempting to connect Panda with Active Campaign and Update the draft "Created in AC" document your integration creates with pre-filled contact information…

  11. Year over Year data on trending W.I.S.E. metrics (reporting and QBR data)
    As an account owner with a volume based plan, it's important to identify year over year trends all around. Workspace trends, user trends, template performance trends, and identify high vs. low season. The QBRs are helpful but not sufficient to narrow down data and identify frequency of usage year over year. There's 1 graph but that's not enough.

  14. if a document was signed by the client outside PD and manually uploaded, it does not download that copy. Is there a setting in the download screen that we can trigger to include the signed copies under audit trail?

  15. Sync Zoho Invoice Catalog Items with Pandadoc Catalog Items so that when a catalog item is updated in one software, the other automatically updates (rather than having to update each software separately.)

  17. Have an approval process for when a discount is over a certain percentage - for example, set up logic where if the discount is over 10% then they need to go through an approval process. Linking approvals to a specific field / variable request for my customer in the pricing table for CPQ. The customer can do this in SFDC CPQ but likes the PD interface more and would prefer it be done there so that the manager can review and approve the full document to make sure it is good to send.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
