    • there is a new contract template that we would like people to use, but we dont want to delete the old one but also we dont want people to use it. How it can be made inactive?

  14. It would be great to have a "save for later" option, especially when there are a number of steps that different team members need to complete - for example, a new starter checklist. Currently there is only the option to "finish"

  16. The functionality of creating a document from a template is very good from the App, but it is not practical if you cannot do simple things like delete sections or pages, or include the value of the proposal. It would be great if you incorporated this kind of functionality.

  17. It would be very useful to be able to name the pages of the document in such a way that when an audit of the proposal or contract is carried out, it is possible to know if what the client saw the most was the "pricing" page, the "cover" or which of the particular sections.

  18. It would be great to allow for the following when using document automation fields based on PD Contacts:

    If a contact field, such as phone number or address is placed in a document, if those fields were empty in the contact, you could set them to be required or optional, and whether update is allowed, and accept user entry or update, which would then update the contact record. It would also be nice to indicate to the user that input or update is requested or required.
