  3. So the initial engagement they sign page 1 and 3 but once we choose a product they need to sign page 2 and then once the bill has been page they need to sign page 4. I need to keep all these together so in the end I have one complete document.

  5. I need to map the fields in the Smart Forms to fields in the Document Template. We have 100+ fields in teh Smart Forms and it's really hard to map because the selection in the dropdown are not alphabetical and there's no way to do a quick filter. See attached screenshot.

  6. Suggestion to make the search bar appear in the default view to avoid having to click search every time, just to then have to re-navigate to the search back to enter the search parameters. This would streamline the search process and save extra navigation steps.

  7. When using Square or Stripe as payment methods, there should be an option to automatically pass credit card surcharges to customers at checkout. Currently, adding the surcharge manually in the pricing table does not work for installment payments.

  14. We generate a document using an API. This means we've created a template that is populated with content via the API. The document is successfully sent to the customer. The customer discovers an error (spelling, numbers swapped, etc.). They can point out this potential error in the PandaDoc web view. Both the sender and the recipient receive this information via email. We would also like to receive this information via the API (status) so that we can directly point it out in our system that populates the documents.

  17. Client is requesting to have the 'Send Document' button higher. Similar to the Continue button on the preview screen to Review Recipients.

    When the Send Document button is low, users have to scroll down to click it, which is an unnecessary step. The button should be at a consistent level all the time.
