  2. Federal Tax ID field, with the validation for that and social security number boxes. For date of birth validation for certain years, for business start date custom dates in the past, and for the second contact card, not all businesses have two owners so it would be nice if there was already a contact preset. to not have the second contact preset being required unless there's info that's input to validate that there needs to be a required email there. and fields for currency that validate that as well.

  3. A text field would automatically be added based on/containing information that the recipients provided on the document in fields, as a way to group the field information and make the content easier to read.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. In the PandaDoc template, click on a field, select Properties on the floating panel
    2. Next, add the name to the Merge field
    3. As a result, the field will appear in the Zapier step
  8. Ideal: 1. Search by email/recipient: filter documents by status: sent, expired, declined (excluding completed)
    2. Resend multiple pending documents to the recipient within one transaction and preferably via 1 email with all the links included and one notification to the recipient

    Current workflow: Search by email and resend each pending document at one at a time generating multiple emails appearing as duplicates

    Use case: recipients that have a repeated journey (services) with the vendor requiring the same document to be generated with updated content or dates for billing to process

  11. Right now when someone signs, we are pulling an SFDC and having them click that link. On the contract redirect after completion, can that link be an SFDC variable?

  19. We use the "Transfer data to" option to copy info from a quote to an invoice. We really need to reference the original quote number (for us, uses the Document Sequence Number & some HubSpot variables) to the invoice so the customer knows what quotation they are paying for with the invoice. It would be great to be able to define a "transferable element" as part of a template... i.e. be able to define within the template that if the document is created from a "Transfer data to" option, populate a variable using that info.
