  1. At the moment only the first name, last name, email, company and phone of a contact could be pulled from Zendesk cell into PandaDoc (doesn't matter if a document is created from a deal or contact). It is possible to pull street, postal code and city only using the tokens from a gear icon when a document is created from a deal (for example, [Contact.City]). The feature request is to be able to pull those fields (city, postal code, street, etc.) for any contact

  2. Allow each user to upload from separate google drive accounts rather than the same google drive account

  3. If you're working on a Document and click an item from the menu (e.g. Content Library, Templates, Catalogue) it opens up in the same window. When you need to go back to working on your Document , you need to navigate back to it through the menu. There's a work around by manually coping the link, opening a tab and the pasting it. It would be great if a new window/tab opens whenever you click on an item from the menu.

  4. Choose the person who will receive notifications to join ws via internal link so not all admins receive them.

  6. Allow reps who sell in GBP and USD to use the same workspace and still produce accurate reporting. At present global reps have to use different workspace to sell in different geographic areas this is extra work for the reps and requires manual reviews of data

  12. If you type in that variable that has missing info, it populates back to the contact library. (ie: Contact is missing title, so it doesn't populate. When you manually add in the title on the document, it updates the contact.)

  14. Allow for a template to be placed on top of a document. For example, if you would be uploading new PDFs, but the signature fields would always remain in the same spot, this would be more efficient than always having to add the fields over and over again!

  19. Sometimes the pricing table is too clumsy and and not editable enough to allow it to be used. In such situations, we simply include a price in a token. But doing it that way, that price is not calculated or included in tracking. So it would be very helpful to allow pricing to be tracked by a special token (or several) instead of them only being tracked when used in a pricing table, especially if that pricing table is not used.

  20. My company uses Theralytics to manage ABA Therapy Employee Documents & Billing . We use Gusto for Payroll & Employee Documents as well. When I collect new employee forms it would be awesome to move them to the Gusto & Theralytics files instead of downloading them all separately and then uploading them to the two other platforms. Additionally, we are interested in using the credit card collection tools in Pandadoc but concerned about the fact that it won't integrate with Theralytics Invoice tracking.
