Native Variables for Net Total and Tax Total Across All Pricing Tables
We need native system variables (similar to Document.Value) that automatically calculate the net total and tax total across all pricing tables in a document.
Business Case:
Currently, Document.Value provides the gross total across all tables, but there's no equivalent for net totals or tax totalsUsers with multiple pricing tables (one per page/product) need these calculations without manual formula setup

Display “Partially Signed” Status for Documents
Add a status or section within PandaDoc that indicates when a document has been partially signed meaning at least one recipient has signed, but not all assigned fields or recipients have completed their signatures yet.

Change name of person sending file
When a document is created through the Smart Forms process, the email is sent from whoever created the form or document template. We'd like to be able to change the name of who is sending the document.

I would like to make it possible to ONLY send a completed document to the finance department.
We have put our finance department in CC to receive the completed document for administration. However, they ALSO receive the first e-mail when sending a document ("[Sender name] sent you a document"). Right now, there's no way to prevent CC'd recipients from receiving the initial "[Sender name] sent you a document" notification entirely. I would like to make it possible to ONLY send a completed document to the finance department. Now, administration gets a lot of unnessecary emails.

The current API for populating tables is too restrictive. It requires a rigid, predefined table structure and a payload format that must match that structure exactly. This limitation makes it impossible to send flexible or nested JSON data (e.g., objects, arrays) and have it dynamically populate a table.

pull updated variables from Zoho CRM
Once a Pandadoc document is created from Zoho CRM there is no way to update variables when the content changes in Zoho CRM. Please add a right pane in Pandadoc just as with Hubspot where data in variables can be updated after document creation.

Change the color of Multiple Checkboxes Filled Field at once
Currently, it’s only possible to change the color of a filled checkbox when selecting each checkbox individually. It would be very helpful to have the option to update the color of multiple filled checkbox fields at once.

Display Clear Message for Bulk Send Restriction in First 14 Days
New customers on Annual Business or Enterprise plans cannot use Bulk Send for the first 14 days after account creation. Currently, attempting to use Bulk Send shows a vague error message (“An error has occurred”), causing confusion.
Show a clear, user-friendly message indicating that Bulk Send will be available after 14 days, optionally including the exact availability date and a link to relevant documentation.
This improves onboarding experience, reduces customer frustration, and decreases support tickets related to Bulk Send.

Apply one time zone to all workspaces at once.
PandaDoc doesn’t offer a way to change time zones programmatically or in bulk across all workspaces. Each workspace’s time zone still needs to be set manually under Settings. Requesting a feature that would allow to apply one time zone to all workspaces at once which would be especially helpful for organizations managing several workspaces.

Support for 3-Object Token Merges and Custom Object Sync in HubSpot
We use HubSpot Enterprise and have a custom object called “Suites” that’s linked to Contacts (tenants) and Companies (properties).
We need PandaDoc to pull data (tokens) from all three objects when creating documents — Contact, Company, and Suite — but right now it only supports two.
Can you please request or enable:
The ability to pull tokens from three associated HubSpot objects, and
Support for syncing and using tokens from custom objects like our “Suites” object?
This would help us generate complete lease documents directly from HubSpot.

Remove the locked in lines on the forms and change font size
Make the forms so that when placing the signature block on the page the signature doesn't lock into a random line that doesn't line up with actual signature line and change the default signature font size to 12 instead of 15 so it fits on most forms.
