Fields placement adjustment
There should be a way to align the fields' positions with each other. If we add multiple fields one under another, we can change their position using the spacebar key, but even then, the fields' position isn't completely aligned.

Improve Template Click Workflow
Clicking on a template title should create a new document by default. Editing the template should live under the “More” dropdown. This would align with common UX expectations and reduce accidental template edits.

Change the Pandadoc contract status to "declined" when the HubSpot deal stage is equal to "closed lost"
If a deal is lost, I would like the related contract in Pandadoc to be updated automatically from "Sent" or "Viewed" to "Declined" when the HubSpot Deal Stage is moved to "Closed Lost". This would help us organize our contracts - without this automation we have to manually set the status when we lose a deal, making it more time consuming. If these were automatically set to "Declined" we could also automatically send them into a "Lost" folder for analysis to learn what went wrong with these proposals. Updating Catalog from Proposal
I have an entertainment company in Las Vegas. I use PandaDocs to send out proposals to my clients. I utilize the catalog feature to organize the various talent, acts, and activations we offer to our clients. I’d like to suggest a few changes to the platform that would enhance my process and make it more efficient and user-friendly.
When I add an item from the catalog to a proposal, I often find that the item requires updates. It would be beneficial if I could update the item directly in the proposal and then sync the update back to the catalog.…

Reporting: Custom date ranges that go to a future end date
Have the ability to start a report that ends at a future date without having to alter the custom date each time. For example, Today is February 13th and I would like to create a report for this quarter that collects data from the start of the year to the end of March for the first quarter, then start a new report for the next quarter, etc.

Include "Optional" field in the document signing wizard (The yellow "Next" button).
Right now, the "Next" button only takes the signer to the required fields. If there are any optional fields in between, they will skip it.
Provide a way to include "Optional" fields when the signer is pressing the "Next" button, so that they won't miss it.

Could we have the feature to add custom line item properties as columns to the quote builder? We are able to do so using the pricing table.

Allow sorting of folders and documents within folders A-Z
Be able to sort folders and documents within folders A-Z. Like Windows Explorer. When you get a long list of customer project, it becomes cumbersome and inefficient to find what you need. Should be able to click in the column header to sort, Best would be to have both the folder/document title, date created. So people can readily find either by name or by newest or oldest. Very surprised PandaDoc does not have this, it's such standard software functionality. Feels like some program barely out of it's first beta, to be honest.

Allow multiple checkboxes to apply conditional logic to the same variable
Allow a way to add multiple rules for the same field.
Eg, they would like it set up so that if you select either one of multiple check boxes, it will show the same variable. In this case, it's selecting either C Corp, S Corp etc to then prompt someone to enter their EIN as shown here:

BRING BACK TRANSFER DATA!!!
I understand that a new version is being built, but in the meantime WE STILL NEED THIS FUNCTIONALITY. Honestly, this is a core feature of PandaDoc, and it's borderline unusable without it. This feels like a bait and switch, and I may ask for a partial refund. We have built our workflows around this feature for years. The WHOLE POINT of PandaDoc is to avoid data entry between documents. I am livid.
I also see that the early access version of the new experience does not include payments. Why not???? Another core feature that's now baked into our business processes.…
