The customer has requested an automation feature within PandaDoc that would automatically send both text and email reminders to their clients, prompting them to review the estimates sent and make payments for their orders.

Update product images via CSV file that have the same image link but the images have been altered
Right now - catalog items that are updated via CSV with image links that have the same title, but the image has been altered, will not update the image correctly. They will remain as the old image - due to our image processing logic, we do not save the file again if a file with the same name already exists.
This request is for the image to update correctly - even if the file has the same name.
10 votesHi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

It would benefit to be able to categorize the team the user belongs to when adding a user with a dropdown when inviting them to the workspace.
This would help with understanding the use case when connecting with the user for feedback.
More importantly it would help build a QBR based on the use case to steer behaviors.
Customer feedback has been that they do not want to attend engagement events as the data is combined and not related to their specific use case to drive adoption behaviors.

Ability to filter by team in the Admin view of the Dashboard
Would like the option for the admin to pick members of their team they want to display in the Admin view of the dashboard.
So instead of viewing all documents created by one individual or all, we would like to pick from several at once, and save that view so department leads can see just how their team is doing while using the Home dashboard, vs the whole company using PandaDoc.
