  2. Hide the grand total settings ($0.00 at the top of a doc). We don't using the billing function at all and it's confusing to our new users.

  7. Be able to match text font with pricing font. Right now, the pricing table numbers are at 15 font but this is not an option in the toolbar. There are only even numbers and you can't input your own number

When HubSpot updated merge functionality in Jan 2025 (including Contacts and Companies, refer: https://developers.hubspot.com/changelog/updated-merge-functionality-for-crm-objects-including-contacts-and-companies) it broke the mapping between Contact and Company objects, and their associated PandaDoc documents.

    Problem: When a PandaDoc document is created from a HubSpot Contact or Company, the HubSpot Object ID as added to the PandaDoc document metadata. Under the updated HubSpot object merge, Contacts and Companies are allocated a new Object ID. Therefore, when two HubSpot contact or company records are merged and then viewed in HubSpot, the associated PandaDoc documents for the two merge objects, do not appear on the new object PandaDoc…

  13. Use Case: Users are required to generate documents that go through an approval workflow before being sent to customers. However, some users bypass this process by downloading the document immediately after generation and sending it outside of PandaDoc.

    Ideal solution: Introduce an automation or developer-mode feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  15. Currently you have an automation that updates Salesforce Opportunity Products if there are changes made to certain fields in the PandaDoc (e.g., Discount, Line description, Quantity and Sales price), when a status changes to either Sent or Completed.

    It would be good to be able to update Opportunity Products in Salesforce, the entire products or parts of a product, and then be able to update the table in PandaDoc to avoid double handling. If I want to remove a product from PandaDoc, I also have to remove it from Salesforce and vice versa.

    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.
