    Necessity for HR Workflow:
    Signer #1 - Supervisor enters in employee review
    Signer #2 - HR submits raise and approval signature
    Signer # 3 - Supervisor sits down with employee and signs to acknowledge they discussed the review and raise
    Signer #4 - Employee signs

    Signer #1 & #3 are the same email

    A section in custom roles for "trainee" that will automatically send all documents to a manager for approval

    The ability to have conditional approvals recognize a "manager role" that is specific to each user, rather than specific to the template.

There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases.     The signer is able to put the wrong date, they can put both a date in the past and a date in the future with the date field, rather than having a signature stamp with date and time once the signature field is completed.
