Yes. Being able to create workspaces for area of customer relations but have the customer banks the same. example adding contacts to multiple workspaces with one entry. having their sent documents visible from all workspaces. but allow initial processing, sold jobs, payment, and aftercare/service be separate. allows team to stay in their lanes and not see the mess of other departments.

When having items that have multiple pieces and having clients purchase multiple of a specific item, It is crucial for us to see the item totals per piece in order to pack an order.
