Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

175 votesWe wanted to share an update regarding tokens/variables in saved messages and email. After careful consideration and further analysis of the idea, we have adjusted its status to "Not Planned."
This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months. An error occurred while saving the comment The current functionality is such a hassle. Our sales cycle is measured in months, but we can only offer a proposal for 30 days. We get requests from customers on a weekly basis to extend the expired proposal.

Multi-selecting fields to move, assign or delete them is now available, while copying and pasting multiple fields is currently on early access - It will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter, via an alert inside PandaDoc, and here in our idea portal.
Please note that a separate idea for bulk actions for BLOCKS has been created. Up-vote bulk actions for blocks here.
