Aggregate Document Analytics in Reporting Dashboard
In reporting dashboard, it would be helpful to see aggregate data for document analytics. For example, instead of only seeing doc analytics for each individual document, it would be helpful to see how clients respond to pages in a document as a whole. Do they all spend under a min on page 2, for example... This is probably hard to do since some templates get changed once in doc form (i.e. deleting/adding info so page numbers may start to contain diff info), but maybe this can be achieved by using meta data/ tag driven analytics.

"awaiting your signature" in dashboard
Customers using countersignature don't have a way to identify documents needing countersignature at a high level - therefore creating bottlenecks for otherwise executed documents.
Add a tile to dashboard for "awaiting your signature" to let clients know when their countersignature is required for docs at a high level.

Delete/remove/edit/sort tags from the Documents/Templates/Content library tabs
At the moment (August 12 2020) It's possible to manage the tags for a specific document/template/CL item, but it's not possible to manage the tag itself. So the feature request is to implement the ability to Delete/remove/edit/sort tag(s) from the Documents/Templates/Content library tabs (those tags are shown in the left in these tabs).

Please contact our Support team if you need to delete tags. If you have a Member role we might request approval from an admin user on your account.

Search by Company
Martin would like to be able to search in the global search tool by company and find which and how many documents have been sent to that organization. Perhaps this could be a part of advanced reporting.

Total Documents Icon
Martin is wondering if it is possible to have an addition icon on the dashboard for the total number of documents created. Right now the the dashboard shows Drafts, Sent, Viewed & completed but there isn't an icon for documents that were created in total. So in order for him to accurately know they must add various categories together

Confirmation before sending to added recipient
At the moment when you add a recipient to the document which is not in a draft status, it is automatically sent to the added recipient without any confirmation. It would be great to implement this confirmation.
