Universal Menu Options
At the moment it seems like there are menus all over the place in PandaDoc, and it can be hard to navigate to the right place to find the exact menu to take a specific action. For instance, you can't change the status of a document while on the document page, you first have to navigate to the documents list, then use the ellipsis menu on the right to change the status.
I propose making all options/Actions on a document available within a single menu which can be accessed on an individual document, and on the document list page.

Color Code Tabs
I have different tags to documents, which has helped differentiate just by looking at the tab, but if we could pick a color for a created tab that would be beneficial.

Open a new window when clicking a menu item
If you're working on a Document and click an item from the menu (e.g. Content Library, Templates, Catalogue) it opens up in the same window. When you need to go back to working on your Document , you need to navigate back to it through the menu. There's a work around by manually coping the link, opening a tab and the pasting it. It would be great if a new window/tab opens whenever you click on an item from the menu.

The new editor seems to have this function disabled, it was working with the old one. The dragging and scrolling on the new editor is alot slower

Shift locking boxes
So like in photoshop, when you hold shift it locks it on the horizontal axis or the vertical axis, so this would help massively when trying to align a check box with two different points. As when your trying to align a check box or any other box it goes a bit crazy with the snapping, it would make it cleaner and much more accurate to align multiple boxes.

Collect files field: add download button in preview
At the moment when an image is uploaded via the collect files field and then the image is clicked from inside of the document, the image is just opened in new tab and it is hard for a user to find a way to download it (they have to use the browser's option, right-click on the image and select "Save image as"). The feature request is to add the download button in the file preview to make the process easier and more clear
