Support for national eID schemes
Enable signing with MitID, Bank ID, or Swiss ID. These are all examples of national eID or digital identity solutions widely used in Nordic countries.

Option to set favorite contacts, or system to suggest most frequent recipients first
Make sending documents to frequent or repeat recipients easier through favorite contacts or auto-suggestion of most frequent recipients.

Duplicate Send Check
Prevent accidentally sending the same document multiple times to the same contact. When a sender selects a recipient they've already sent the document to, prompt a message like:
“You have previously sent this document to this contact. Would you like to send it again?”2 votes -
Enforce that X unique people from a larger recipient group must sign (i.e. “2 out of 3”)
We have cases where we need to gather more than one unique signature from a recipient group, but not everyone in the recipient group.

They use both On Demand and BYON. They would like to have it enabled only in certain workspaces.

[Signature] Autofill Signature if signer is not a PandaDoc user.
Right now, non-PandaDoc users have their emails as the autofill for the signature. Have a way for signers to put their names first before signing, just like the pop-up for a form, so that the signature autofill can use the name the signer put in the pop-up.

PandaDoc's capability to offer a list of commissioned notaries by U.S. state. For example, Montana only allows RON for notary public that physically live in Montana.

Automatically add initial and signature fields for a second signer
Currently, I have to maintain two versions of each contract template to accommodate situations where a second signer is required. While other platforms I’ve used allow me to simply add a second signatory, which automatically generates a second set of initials and signature fields, PandaDoc requires me to manually add and position each box for the second signer which takes too long.
This process is not only time-consuming but also cumbersome, as it forces me to duplicate every contract template to create a version for two signatories. Managing and selecting the correct template becomes unnecessarily complicated with twice as many…

Ability to switch between on demand and bring your own notary sessions.
Option in notary dashboard to switch between on demand and bring your own notary sessions. Currently have to manage this via separate workspaces and emails which is challenging but needed as their users while sometimes doing BYON, also on occasion need to launch an on demand session.

Scroll option in text fields with limited width.
If text field width is not long enough to enter required data when using field validation, allow that field to scroll to enter full data but not resize text box due to limited space on form.

Send Document Option from Add Recipients Screen
One Click Sending. When creating a new document from a template, it would be nice to have the option to send from the add recipients screen rather than having to click continue, open the document in PandaDoc, and then click the send button.

Pre-Sign a Document before sending in bulk
Currently we pre-sign with a .PNG signature before sending it out to many signers, but the document certification only shows one of the signers at the end. It would be incredibly helpful to be able to generate the document and be able to add a legal pre-signature so both signers appear in the certification.

Sort email attachments in order they appear in bundled document.
Option to have PDF attachments of bundled documents sorted in same order as they are in the bundle. Currently they are sorted alphabetically.

Add signatures to notarized documents after the session has completed
Add signatures to notarized documents after the session has been completed. Use case:
I am needing to notarize a document with two different humans who cannot sign together. I was planning on just having one sign the actual (long document) then have the second person just sign a page with a notary block. Is it possible to then add that last signature and notary block to the signed locked document?2 votesHi.
