  1. At this point, if lookup field in Salesforce refers to 2 objects at the same time, we are not creating objects under PandaDoc setup to pass variables.

  4. Currently, when using PandaDoc CPQ within HubSpot, the workflow feature allows users to create a document automatically as part of a defined workflow. However, there is also a separate “Create Document” button that allows team members to bypass the workflow entirely. Add an option to disable/remove or hide the “Create Document” button, so that all document creation must go through the designated workflow.

  7. PandaDoc has a Feature where all completed Docs are attached to SF, however, when SF package are not updated. There comes a time when completed docs are not attached to SF.

    It would be good to have a supporting feature that would re-sync all completed docs not attached during SF package late update so it would attach all completed documents once the package has been updated instead of manually uploading to SF

  8. We’d love to see a direct integration with LemonSlice (or similar platform) to embed an AI avatar of the salesperson (using a photo) into each PandaDoc proposal. This interactive agent would:

    Appear as the person sending the proposal

    Answer customer questions in real time using proposal content as context

    Help clarify details, reduce back-and-forth emails, and speed up decisions

    The avatar would be automatically generated when a proposal is sent, using the document data and salesperson’s photo. Customers could then interact with it inside the proposal viewer - no extra links or tools needed.

  10. On the Payments Tab, I would like to change the "due soon" to reflect the next 28 days rather than the next 3 days. It would be great to be able to customize the due soon interval.

  13. It would be amazing to have a company cam integration. We use it extensively for our proposals and putting those images into pandadoc would be EXTREMELY helpful for visual proposals

  14. Natively integrate with Zip procurement tool to compete with DocuSign's native integration supported via Zip.

    Function: Automates the purchase order process by integrating with PandaDoc for e-signatures after internal approvals are collected.

    Workflow: A purchase request is initiated in Zip, routed through necessary teams, and then sent to PandaDoc for the final signature process.

    Allow users to send zipForm documents directly to PandaDoc Rooms for signing and completion.

  15. At this point, we can pass discount/tax in flat value only from MS Dynamics. Would be great to have an option to pass it in % (if template is set to %).

  17. Currently the Pricing Table field mapping in Zapier is extremely limited, making it challenging to use pricing tables in dynamic ways. It would be great to be able to map data to custom Pricing Table fields in Zapier, or to be able to map to more than one pricing table within the zapier/pandadoc integration.
