    Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.   11. Document download approval

    Very few of our users ever use the PandaDoc to send documents or collect signatures. Most of them, at least as far as I understand, will use the templates to create a document, then just download it, print it out, and deliver it person to collect an in-person signature. From what I can tell, the downloading of documents is not subject to the approval workflow process, regardless of whether the button says “send” or “send for approval.”

    The customer would like to have an option for his customers to disable fees by uploading a tax-exempt certificate. That should disable taxes/fees in the pricing table.
