update prices when duplicating
When you replicate an old document it doesn`t update the prices that have been updated via import.
Example: i have a document made in january 2021, i made a price csv. import to our catalog in february, when i replicate that document, it comes with old prices from january, not the new updated prices in the current catalog.
So if you replicate lots of documents that sometimes have 100 lines of products inside the pricing tables, you have to manually remove and re-add the items, in order to show the correct updated prices.

Give the recipient of the form the ability to replicate a part of the form.
As an example, when you go to insure your car, for additional drivers, the form gives you a + option which expands for each additional driver creating a new section asking all the same questions.
I would love to have this option available to any section of the form, so a recipient could replicate if there is more than one person etc.

Leave drop down widgets unassigned after filling them out, when creating a new document
When you open a template to create a new document, the sender uses drop-down menus to change information for our clients.
It automatically assigns them as a signer. I think you should leave them unassigned or at least have an option to leave them unassigned once they are filled out, as per the attached examples.1 vote -

Bulk Send: Retract / Undo a bulk send batch with errors easily
Be able to retract a bulk send easier. Right now, if you make an error the only workaround is to delete each document individually from the bulk send folder. Typically, there are many docs to delete with a bulk send (up to 1000).

Customer and Product Driven Discount Tables
Add a product field to assign discount groups for specific items. Have customers tagged with their discount grouping also.
i.e. Custom Field for catalog item "Product Code" = "Accessory"
In the pricing table pull in product code and extend discounted net based on customer.
Allow leverageable token in the multiplier column [Company.AccessoryDiscount] where one customer this property from hubspot or other integrated CRM is a 0.7 and others have a 0.8 depending on if they are gold or platinum tier customers.2 votes -

When sending a document via the pandadoc API it is useful to set the replay to email per document. This way the emails can be routed to an individual vs a system user.

Ability to pull contact tokens from Hubspot deal
Contact tokens are not available when creating the document from a HubSpot deal.

Improve the quality of how the PDF looks like once the document is generated via API
Improving the quality of how the PDF is displayed when creating documents from a PDF via API. As of the moment the PDF in the generated PandaDoc document looks a little bit blurry due to the fact that once the document is created from a PDF via API, the PDF is converted to an image so that for the purpose of preserving all the data within the PDF and correspondence of fields placement in the generated PandaDoc document, and thus the quality is affected to some extent
