Better toggling between workspaces
They suggested that we remove the pop up in the middle of the screen and show all available workspaces when you initially open the side drawer. You could then click on the workspace or hover over and select the part of that workspace you would like to go directly into. For someone who frequently jumps in-between workspaces, I thought it could improve the current experience.

Customer Facing Tutorials
Customer would love to create a customer facing tutorial for using the PandaDoc document. Right now, because they have a lot of people who arent very tech savvy, they have trouble forwarding the document and signing.
Many times they have to call the team for help or just dont sign it. If there was some kind of quick tutorial the customer could walk through, that would make their experience with PandaDoc a 10/10.

Tracking documents sent on behalf of
I noticed when testing for a prospect that if you send a document on behalf of another user (user x), that document does not show up under the sent documents for user x. The document only shows up as sent on the true sender's dashboard.
I imagine that this makes tracking and managing deals more difficult for a Sales Leader as it is impossible to see who the document was "sent by" (ie: If a manager or proposal creator sends a document on a rep's behalf, the rep only has an email notification and has to go back to their…
