11. Custom role: User cannot edit a sent document

    Once a document is sent, we don't want users to have the ability to accidentally hit edit since the 'share link' option is right above it. Adding this to the custom role abilities would bypass this.

17. Currency: UF currency option for Chile

    The Uidad de fomento currency is called UF. CLF is not an alternative. PandaDoc only shows CLF which is not the same. All contracts in Chile are made in UF. Could you please include this alternative?

You can create catalog items with negative price via API, and this items will be reflected and calculated accordingly in Quote Builder. 19. HubSpot: Quote and Pricing Table: Custom Product Order

    We are wondering if it's possible to have the Line Items from HubSpot populate our PandaDoc Quotation in our specified order. We have a standardised system and are using category conditional logic where we input items into corresponding categories, but we would like to have a bit more flexibility in terms of specifying an order of those line items in our pricing table because as of now it's transferring those items in a random order.

20. Workspace Default Enhancements for Forms and Other Documents

    We now have a Workspace default which is nice to have but it would be better if the Workspace Default could work as a Default in the Workspace.

    1. In forms - If you create a form without the "Attach PDF" enabled, once the form is created and even after enabling the "Attach PDF " in Workspace default. There will never be a PDF attached solely because the form was created without the option being enabled.
    2. If the Option "Attach PDF " is enabled and a form is created, even after the client disables the option in Workspace Default. There will still be a PDF attached to every completed form.

    The task is to make the Default option work for all, if the option is enabled or disabled, it will inherit everything set on the default

    We now have a Workspace default which is nice to have but it would be better if the Workspace Default could work as a Default in the Workspace.
