  2. Currently, endpoint
    https://api.pandadoc.com/public/v1/contacts/{}contact_id{}/ does not allow updating of saved contacts' email addresses, it would be better if all contact info can be updated via the request.

    1. Add the Collect Files field to your form, then publish it.
    2. If your recipient is using a mobile device, they can take a photo and upload it to the Collect Files field.

  5. In our subcontractor templates, we always have a couple of fields that describe the client. So I'd basically like to add the client to the contract as well, without involving him in the signing process. So in summary, I'd like my client to assume the 'client' role in my PandaDoc templates, without actually CC'ing him/her

  6. Would love the ability for the Fillable DATE field to also reflect timestamp (hour,seconds in UPT) of when it was signed. We are getting pushback on binding contracts because we don't have this timestamp on signature/date sections. I understand the full timestamp is on the cert (date AND time), but we need it to reflect where the date and signatures are within the doc. This could be an added setting in Workspace Settings > Default Date Format, that just adds an option for toggling on/off the addition of the timestamp

  8. Attachments (T&C, Licenses overview, etc) are always sent with contracts, as per Deutch laws they need this information to appear on the Signature Certificate (attachment name) to validate that the recipient has accepted the full package of files they have received.

  9. Option to update products within the bundle in the template's pricing table or quote builder when the Catalog is updated via CSV.
    For now, only regular products are updated in template.

  11. I have been building a few Zapiers to assist in our workflow but have hit a roadblock in you do not seem to support the function of "Updating a Document" via Zapier.

    You're API does support this via PATCH (https://developers.pandadoc.com/reference/update-document) but there is no pre-built function in Zapier to do this.

    Do you think this is something that will come in future?
    Is there an existing Product Update request I can upvote?

    Our use case: We're attempting to connect Panda with Active Campaign and Update the draft "Created in AC" document your integration creates with pre-filled contact information…

  15. We would like to keep only our internal emails on the contact list and remove any personal emails that got added there automatically. We would also like to remove the automatic adding of personal emails to the contact list if possible.

  16. Why do we allow documents to be “signed” and completed when the signature field is populated with an email address? This happens when the email address is added for the recipient, but there is no first and last name entered. The document isn’t legally binding and has to be resent. It would be ideal if when there’s no first and last name saved the signature field is blank rather than auto-populating the email address. Alternatively, PandaDoc could prompt for the recipient name before the document can be sent.

  18. Once a document is created from Salesforce (iFrame) the help menu does not exist. It'd be helpful to have a help menu for a single pane of glass experience for the end user. This would also reduce incoming tickets to support as the chat menu would provide instant answers. Additionally, giving them access to the articles allows for a self service support environment.

  19. Ability to bold only the 'Name' field in pricing tables that are populated via integrated CRM deal.

    We stopped using the PandaDoc catalogue and started integrating line items from our Deals in HubSpot. However, we cannot set the 'name' of the line item to bold - the same way line items from the PandaDoc catalogue display.

  20. SMS open analytics (determine if the recipient prefers SMS over email or vice versa)
