Have signature certificate as one page instead of two
We, like many school districts or companies around the nation need to print out the contract after someone signs it. Since Pandadocs has redesigned the signage page, we now have to print out 2 pages, just for the electronic signage data trail, which is a pain. This was not the case in 2024, as I have been doing employee contracts like this for years via Pandadocs.

Hey ! In my opinion, it would be a good idea to add a margin and padding option for the page header, because when you make quotations and the automatic page break occurs, if you download the PDF it doesn't look good on the following page because the content sticks to the header, which can give a bad image of the company to potential future customers.

Pricing Table: Show the Table Name
Show the name of the pricing table in the document. For example, "Project 1" for Pricing Table 1 and so on. To also have the ability to automatically edit the name of the Pricing Table based on information from CRM.

Feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved
Use Case: Users are required to generate documents that go through an approval workflow before being sent to customers. However, some users bypass this process by downloading the document immediately after generation and sending it outside of PandaDoc.
Ideal solution: Introduce an automation or developer-mode feature that disables the download option by default and automatically enables it once the document has been approved.

Allow Changes to Original Items Reflect on the Same Item in a Shared Workspace
Currently, templates and CLI's that are edited in their original workspace do not have the same changes reflected to the same items that are shared in other workspaces in the org.
This causes great problems for clients, if those shared items are used for smart content, for example, no changes to the original item will reflect on the shared items. This causes clients to make several manual changes, duplicating the items so they will reflect the changes in the shared workspaces as well as reconfiguring smart content rules.
