  5. Custom Role Permission: Accepting/Rejecting redlines

    Use case: account needs an approval workflow that kicks in ONLY if a doc is redlined; as a workaround we suggested adding the individual(s) to approve as an internal collaborator on the doc + that person can accept/reject the redlining. Con with this approach is that the doc creator can just not add an internal collaborator + accept redlines themselves since it's not a forced next step. If the custom roles permissions included a permission for users to have the ability to accept/reject redlines turned on/off then I think that would also potentially make this a helpful workaround (since user…

    "We need to send an offer to the clients in the workflows (Currently we are using an automated email but we require that this email be a document with a digital signature. Within this document, we need the document to read variables that exist in the business and in the contact ( workflow 2) once the client signs or responds to the document a variable is written in Hubspot to continue the workflow"
