  10. Adding tag qualifies as document modification

  20. Signer can re-assign some fields to other people

    There are instances where the sender doesn’t know who will be signing what fields. Doc forwarding and signing won’t work because they want to be able to adjust what fields a person signs.

    Ex: sender sends to abc@gmail.com and they want abc@gmail.com to be able to distribute the 3 fields they were assigned. Maybe assign 2 of the fields to one recipient and the last one to a different recipient
