    It's also a great idea if the Quote or Pricing table can show % and the amount corresponding to the % or vice versa. This way, the client is made aware of the % and amount saved/added

  4. Add a new API to fetch the ip-address (and geo location tags) of all Document signatures

    As part of fraud detection measures, a PandaDoc client may want to parse the source ip-address (and geo-location tag) of all document signatures and run them through a fraud-detection service to see if any red flags are raised that need further investigation.

  6. Show the error message when users are editing the recipient details

    The customer was facing an issue editing the recipient's email address on the document. They're only seeing the email address box turn red but they're not sure what the issue was until I advised them to edit the email address in the Contacts.

  9. Totals from PricingTable1 can automatically become selections (products) for PricingTable2

    PricingTable1 builds the quote and the Total generated from this table becomes a variable that can go into the 'Full Payment' option in Table2

  13. Formatting Rules for Variables

    Ability to apply capitalization rules within our variables. Example:

    The first name starts with a capitalized initial, followed by a normal insertion, and then a capitalized last name.
    Later in the document, the insertion and last name should both appear in capital letters.

  15. Restrict managers from adding in new users. Only allowing them to add guests

    Use case: We have enabled SSO, but if managers invite people within the domain (which they will do because it appears they can) the new user wont be able to login because they are not in the approved AD group which only can be done my an IT administrator. Anticipating this scenario will create confusion and frustration for our managers and members.

  16. Webhook for each time a recipient views a document

    Currently PandaDoc only sends a webhook when the document status changes, e.g. from sent to viewed, or viewed to completed. We'd like a webhook to notify our application each time a recipient opens a document. Example use case would be knowing if a recipient has opened a document multiple times and not signed, and we'd like to reach out to them.

  20. Have template name and variables in template name as two separate names.

    When using variables in the template name it can make it difficult to know which template to use especially if the name is only a string of variables. It would be helpful to be able to name the template one thing but still have the document name populated with the variables.
    Example Below:
    Template Name: Recurring Subscriptions Full Quote
    Document Name: {Company Name] [Create Date]
