  1. Currently, I have to maintain two versions of each contract template to accommodate situations where a second signer is required. While other platforms I’ve used allow me to simply add a second signatory, which automatically generates a second set of initials and signature fields, PandaDoc requires me to manually add and position each box for the second signer which takes too long.

    This process is not only time-consuming but also cumbersome, as it forces me to duplicate every contract template to create a version for two signatories. Managing and selecting the correct template becomes unnecessarily complicated with twice as many…

  4. We sign a lot of agreements with third-parties (such as the third-party sending us their contract; using non-Pandadoc systems) but we would like to keep those in Pandadoc along with our Pandadoc contracts. Right now you have to upload it as a "document" but then it gets confusing because it looks like it's a contract that needs to go out for signature. Would love a very simple "upload file" and ability to sort it like a file drive.

  9. Sometimes users need to change products in Salesforce based on the interaction with the customer. They can use the Salesforce reorder tool to put the items in the desired order. But it seems PandaDoc does not respect the new order in Salesforce-- it still enters items in the order they were added. The users then need to reorder the items in the generated document. We are trying to minimize users' need to change the document once generated to minimize errors.

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. We have great news – the option you are looking for already exists. For more information, please follow the steps below:

    1. Go to PandaDoc Setup, then click on PandaDoc Configure Pricing Items.
    2. Below, under Pricing Items Sorting, you can set up the order in which you want the products listed in the PandaDoc pricing table.

  10. It would be helpful if the Field Value in the Custom Field section supported the ability to add line breaks using the Tab key, or if there were an easier method to enter multi-line information. Currently, the information appears in a single line, and while Shift+Enter or Ctrl+Enter works within a pricing table, it requires repetitive effort to do this every time a table is created. It would be great to have a more efficient solution for this.

  11. Once a recipient fills in their email, a unique link is sent to their email to fill out the form. They should not be able to fill in the form before the link is emailed to them. Essentially "Review Document" option should not be there.

It would be great if we could organize the tasks we have in the Room by date, or any other way we'd like, by just sorting it, like we do in the rest of the app. Right now we have to drag them to place in the order we need, which can work for some, so it shouldn't be blocked, but doing it automatically would save a lot of time.

  15. Rooms can not be sorted by the name of the room itself, aka alphabetically, or by date without knowing something about the room. If I want to search by date I need to input dates instead of sorting all available rooms by date/name.

    Or just a basic sort function toolbar instead of the in depth one available for the "date" search that is there. By this I mean a dropdown menu similar to most sites that have lists, so I can sort all the rooms by date, name, etc.

  16. Option to have PDF attachments of bundled documents sorted in same order as they are in the bundle. Currently they are sorted alphabetically.

  17. When viewing your list of rooms or documents, a smaller page width due to browser window size collapses the name of the Room, which is the most important info. Add column resize controls or code a different column to respond to browser page width.

  18. Could there be an option to attach documents in private, such as how commenting works?

    Sometimes with our contracts we would like to send supporting documents to internal stakeholders with private information to be shared with them in order to approve the document or complete their part in the signing order.

    Currently we can't do this. If supporting documets need to be attached, they can be viewed by all recipients, including external stakeholders who should not be able to view.

    When we send a document through PandaDoc we have to manually send an additional email with the supporting documentation.

  20. We maintain a products list in a CRM, and use the API to create projects in that CRM when PandaDoc documents are signed. This requires maintaining a sync between the PandaDoc and CRM products list, which currently has to be done manually through csv import. REST access to the PandaDoc products list would enable us to maintain that sync automatically.
