Send to legal team for review
Id like to be able to send our documents to our client for signature and review and then once they sign to automatically send to our legal team to approve of it (they don't have to sign just give an okay) and then once its approved to have it sent to our boss for the final signature and completion.

Highlight or mark documents in completed folder
In the Completed folder, there should be a way to highlight or mark which documents were already worked and which need follow-up. Too often I cannot remember where I left off and end up viewing the same documents over again.

Increase File Size for Automation w/SFDC
Current size limit for automation of completed files to auto save in SFDC is 12MB. This causes problems for customers with larger files to upload. ONLY option is to manually upload into SFDC.

This change allows us to further explore the feasibility and impact of this and other requested enhancements, ensuring that any updates we introduce are in the best interest of our users and align with our platform's long-term vision.

upload documents to specific Site on SharePoint
Currently the automation to upload a document to SharePoint only allows you to save to the home site. We want to save to a specific site's document location.

- In the Authorization window, scroll to Site name.
- Add the name of the SharePoint site you want to connect to. If left blank, Workato will connect to your default home site.
- Use the site name as found in the URL of the site page. For example, if the URL is https://company-name.sharepoint.com/sites/product, use product.

Pricing table: set 'Name' field to be bold when products are populated from the CRM
Ability to bold only the 'Name' field in pricing tables that are populated via integrated CRM deal.
We stopped using the PandaDoc catalogue and started integrating line items from our Deals in HubSpot. However, we cannot set the 'name' of the line item to bold - the same way line items from the PandaDoc catalogue display.

How can I mark a proposal complete if the person signs up another way, like on the phone? It messes up my conversion ratios. The proposal was approved via the phone but not signed. Usually with existing customers.

Set minimum billing amount
We have a minimum billing policy in our company. We need the document to default to the set minimum billing amount if the document total based on pricing tables falls below the minimum.
