    Hi. We aren’t planning on building this into our feature set at this point in time since it doesn’t fit into our current product roadmap. Please keep upvoting this idea so we can keep considering it every time we work on our roadmap.

  3. I would like to set up two approvers on all my templates - first our head of sales and then second our CEO. Would it be possible to somehow make sure that the 1st approver doesn't need to approve the document again if the CEO makes an edit on it?

    So, if the document is approved by CEO, the sales rep won't need to approve but if the sales rep approves it, CEO will still need to approve it.

    Hi,

    Thank you for taking the time to leave your request. There’s no way to do that at the moment, but the good news is that we have already started working on that feature, and it will be available in one of our upcoming releases. We will be communicating it through our product newsletter and via an alert inside PandaDoc.

  11. Ability to set the condition based on who is the sender. Example, new rep is sending document - approval required. Experienced rep is sending a document - approval is not required.

  12. I'd love to see a sync with Quickbooks Online in order to create and send a QB invoice upon the PandaDoc being signed.

    Right now, I'm currently having to figure out how to use Zapier to connect Hubspot/PandaDoc/Quickbooks and this would drastically simplify the process.

  15. Please provide the option in Admin settings to be able to toggle on/off Default Autofill with Signing Date.

    Our users typically need all the DATE fillable fields to default to Autofill with signing date, and would rather manually toggle that OFF when they need to, than have to toggle that box ON for each Date fillable field they have to drop in.

  18. When someone signs and/or pays your contract. To automatically send them a Thank you or congratulations, Confirmation, or Next Steps, something you can customize to go out to your customer directly after they sign because I am not at my desk 24/7, and customers want reassurance that you received their signature and money. No different than when you buy something online, you get an email of that purchase. This is very crucial to all businesses. Communication is key to everything.
