Thank you so much for reaching out – this is a great suggestion and we have had other customers asking about this feature as well. While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.     Yes, add variables to the saved email message that goes out. Already being used to merge with email, might as well add some variables to customize the email.

    It would be awesome if we could use info collected in a Form to be in the Subject Line or Body section as completed email is sent out with PDF attachment. 🧠

    This would help our Triggers & Rules in out Team inboxes to properly handle these forms. ⚡️🚀 ; )

    Please add variables so we can customize the greeting without typing it manually.
