Hi,

Great news – Schedule send is now live! You can schedule a document to be sent at a future date and time, and PandaDoc will deliver it exactly when you chose.

We're rolling it out gradually, so you might not see it in your account just yet. If you'd like access right away, reach out to our support team and we'll enable it for you. It's currently available on the Business plan, with rollout to all plans on the way.

    Customer would like to delay the delivery of a form

    We would especially like to see this for bulk send. We use bulk send to distribute internal weekly safety documentation that needs sent out every Monday morning. It would be great to be able to set up a year's worth of these in advance.

    The customer has asked if we can make it so that when a Form is embedded on a website and the recipient enters name and email -- the email that is usually sent out can be delayed.

    Same here! This is very needed! We often have specials that start at a certain date and would like to send out docs based on a date in the future.

    We are looking to be able to create a document and write an email but have it be delayed and not sent until after a specific time and date that was chosen occurs. For example, create a document and write the email at 6am but have it be delayed and automatically sent at 1pm that day.
