While we’re looking into the possibility of developing it, it isn’t on our product roadmap for the next few months.     It would be great to have a feature where users can only see a specific folder (Display contents of a particular folder) instead of showing all the templates. This feature will limit users from having access to restricted templates.

    Please also enable this feature for CRM's

    At least be able to archive old templates instead of deleting, or MOVE to another workspace. We have templates that we do not want our team to use but will need at year-end 2024.

    I want to preserve old templates and their metrics, but keep users from using them. Users purposefully using an out of date templates costs us $ on a regular basis, especially after we roll out major pricing changes in SFDC that usually have accompanying EULA changes.

    It would be useful to have the option to restrict users from using / creating documents from specific templates.

    restrict which templates are available for selection within the PandaDoc iframe depending on opportunity record type via SFDC

    as per the client: " ability to lock or restrict who can edit or use templates. So to reiterate:

    · I should be able to lock templates whilst in DRAFT so they can’t be used until approved by management

    · I should be able to restrict who has access to edit templates (team members could still create documents from active templates, but not edit the template itself)

    · At the very least, I would love the ability to export templates in a format that can be imported back into PandaDoc so I wouldn’t have to delete and recreate them"

    I just want to be able to hide old templates or templates not ready for distribution so that people don't send the wrong thing.

    If you share a folder to multiple workspaces you should be able to unshare certain folders within that shared folder.

    I would like the ability to restrict access to certain templates. For example, I would like to keep old templates in the system but make them "unavailable" for users to send out. Also, when creating new templates, I would like to make them unavailable until they are approved and signed off on before being made available to users to send out.

    User is coming from DocuSign and needs the ability to hide templates from other esign users and assign users to specific folders/templates. Says it is a privacy issue/concern for them.
