Hubspot - ability to associate Panda document with Company, Contact, Deal simultaneously
It is a standard practice in Hubspot to associate an Activity record (such as Note) with multiple Hubspot entities simultaneously, e.g. with Company, Contact and Deal at the same time.
Today, however, a Panda document in Hubspot can only be associated with a single Hubspot record. This is not practical: e.g. say you execute an NDA document using Panda from a Hubspot Contact record - now this NDA document is only visible on that Contact record alone, and NOT visible on the parent Company record. Any other Hubspot user will not be aware that an NDA document exists for this company, and might decide to send another NDA to sign for that same company, which would look very unprofessional.
The ability to associate a Panda document in Hubspot with Company, Contact and Deal records simultaneously - is a must-have feature.

We need the ability to associate documents to Hubspot companies AFTER they have already been completed. Currently the feature exists to associate documents to deals, but this is not relevant to our SOP.

We are using PandaDoc to generate contracts from HubSpot deals. Even though there are contacts associated with the HubSpot deal - we have to manually type the contact details into PandaDoc when the document is first generated (a pop-up window requires the names & email addresses of the roles in the document - contacts associated with the deal do not populate this window). I don't understand what the benefit of an integration is if we have to manually type contact details for people that are required to sign a document?
The reason PandaDoc integrates with deals is so the deal line items populate the contract/document. I don't understand why contacts were not included as part of the integration.
