When signing, a user is able to pick up a date of signing from the past/future/any date.
Please add option that allows choosing TODAY only.

First time PD user after years of DocuSign, can't believe I have to ask customers to fill in a date field and it can't stamp automatically at time of signature.... please add this feature!

There should be an option to prepopulate of signature date field with a non-editable feature

Please do this ASAP

Surprised this is not a standard feature given that you can do it in all other electronic signature solutions.

System variable with the date signed by each role should be standard and not require a feature request. Please implement immediately.

A system variable for "today's date" -- populates on load of the doc. if multiple signers, it populates on each load of the doc.

This should be standard - should not be able to backdate a contract.

Surprise to see this is not a default, more work for the customer that nothing prepopulates but they have to write and select dates and company names across the contract. DocuSign has it and PandaDoc should have it too. Its a must have.

Should be more system variables
- variable for the date when the document was signed/sent
- variable for the date when the document was saved last time (use-case that would be useful because currenty I am using Document Created Date and sometimes it takes me weeks to create a proposal. Then I send it to the client and it has a weeks old date. I would rather display the date I saved the doc) -

Create a variable, which contains the date, when the document is completed

Yes please! Docusign does this without issue. I would think it would be very easy...

Date with signatures populated automatically. It is really desirable to format the dates the same way the dates are formatted across the document.

We need a variable for when a document is submitted to a receiver. For example. this date variable would be used in the cover letter or the agreement effective date. It would be populated with the date the document is sent to the recipient.
The second date variable/field is Signature Date. This date would be populated with the date a person signs the document. This field would be associated with the signer of the document and populated automatically when they sign the document.

Simple and static date that can be placed next to the signature showing the date the document was signed. All other platforms have it - please add it! thank you :-)

Previous to working with you, our team spoke to Tameeka regarding some features that would be ideal for our current setup. The feature we mentioned was having a date signed preset that would recognize the date of signing instead of having the date being entered manually. It would be ideal for our templates that require multiple dates, attached is an example of this. The current form duplicated twice in our Orientation packets does consume a great deal of time from our onboarding process and a feature with an auto generated date signed would benefit us greatly. We wanted to know if there was any updates regarding this possible feature and if so please do keep us in mind. Thank you.
