@Jordan - That is Document.CreatedDate and it is a system variable. There is also Document.ExpirationDate, Document.SentDate, and a few others.

We're looking for the ability to auto-insert the date that the document is created.

Are there any plans to be able to add the time as well as the date?

Hi Cristian – the general availability release is planned for April.

Is there some available date for this requirement?

This is a blocker to adoption for critical functions we are using Pandadoc to provide. It's actually shocking given that platform is now nearly completely geared towards esignatures and not just doc gen with connected data.

Any idea when its going to be implement soon?
We cant send out contract as a legal paper if people can just select whatever date they wants.
how can we going to present this legal document to court or bank during dispute?
this function would have been the first thing to be implemented before launching this product and its becoming to 3 years since the request -

Hey all, is this going to be implemented anytime soon? It seems that the community has been begging for this for a while.

I hope this is coming soon!
I'm in the process of evaluating a move from DocuSign to PandaDoc for a variety of reasons, but the lack of an autofill date field is a point against PandaDoc. :( -

Wow really? We are still waiting for this? This might be the last straw, time to head to DocuSign.

On the certificates that get generated when a signee signs the documents that are sent to them, it gives the time as UCT time.
Is there a way to have that time changed to reflect correctly for South Africa? I believe its GMT+2

Stunned that this is not a thing. Very disappointing.

Form our Forums: I think this is a big functional gap to not have a field which captures a date time stamp of when a signor executes an agreement. Not only does not having this create more work for people, but it also creates logistical nightmares because signors the opportunity to forward or backdate these fields (which is what a date picker field is for) but in the case of commencement dates a document recipient shouldn't be able to choose, the date time an agreement is signed should be objective and immutable.

We really need to get this implemented ASAP. It shouldn't be hard to do, and I think it is extremely important to have.
