Include variable data

Is there seriously no way to export field data? There is so much data on our contracts stored in custom variables. If all the docs are generated from the same template with the same variables, why on earth is there no way to download a copy of that infolrmation? I see we can tag data but those are separate - there's no way to import them as fields into the document so we'd have to duplicate everything to make it searchable/downloadable. This seems like a pretty important thing to have.

What kind of **** product would not allow such a basic *** feature. Is this a joke? What about businesses that change names or locations or need to transfer 100 employees from one project to another which happens literally every day during political elections and canvassing, literally the bulk of your user base....?? Do we have to resend all those documents and get them signed all over from scratch? No. Use another provider if these Panda Dummies are lazy enough not to have access to such a basic feature.

Has this been resolved?

To be clear - What we are asking for here is to be able to extract Client data from sent & or expired deals i.e. name, phone number, email, date created, product/template.
Just seen this was brought up 4+ years ago. I cant believe its not been added yet!
I wonder how many of the other posts here are still using Panda Docs... or migrated to greener pastures? Come on PD - Perfect opportunity to up your game!

Given that you run document signing facility to help streamline the sales process for your clients the fact that this feature is not available is baffling.
One of the most important part of sales is follow up with clients and being able to extract key data points and sms/email them is critical and will enable us to make more sales. I have spoken to our CEO about this & he is of the same opinion. Please expedite this feature ASAP having this in the lead up to Xmas will save time and create more leads than the very slow and laborious manual method that is an outdated & expensive waste of time - I note other platforms do offer this functionality as standard.

Export information from completed document such as contact, zip codes, addresses, phone numbers.

collect all information from Forms, via the filled-out fillable fields and export them as a spreadsheet

This idea was floated around almost 3 years to date, and there still isn't a way to export data about the sent documents to a CSV? You absolutely lost a customer today. I'm switching to Adobe Sign.

It would be great to have the ability to download recipient data in bulk to excel so we can use their information for other things e.g. sending a single email from our email domain, not PandaDoc. Having to go into each document to get these details is inefficient. Being able to select all recipients in SENT status and download their details would be awesome. thank you.

We need this feature as top priority (Fields)

+ability to extract variables data as a CSV file from docs (created via templates) . The way it works for Forms now.

Definitely need this feature to keep tabs on who's signed within our core system.

We are interested in the ability to download all data added to the custom fields as a database.

To be more specific -- the ability to download a list of the manually entered information for the custom fields.

Ability to export on which check boxes have been ticked by the clients.

Enable users to seamlessly extract all data from completed PandaDoc forms in excel/CSV format.

e.g. A New Client Account Form is completed, we should be able to seamlessly extract all the data inputted by the client in excel/CSV format (we can then use that to transfer data into other systems within our organisation).
