expiry date to be editable after expiry
What I run into most of the time is, when an expiry date is set, the customer will cut it close to the wire to that date and then sign it. However, the contract then gets expired right after as we are the counter signer post expiry date.
It would be useful to be able to overide the expiry date rather than to edit the contract, and resend for signature to everyone.
