Multi-Role Assignment for Single IdP Groups in SSO Mapping
Because we have setup custom roles for each workspace (which works well so far) I have already seen there is no way to assign via the mapping rules a new user to multiple workspaces with different roles for each
I can see that for a group name you can choose multiple workspaces to assign but they all need to apply the same role
If I try to add more than one rule for the same group name with a different workspace/role then PandaDoc says group name already listed and cant save

SSO: Allow a single idP group to be mapped to multiple workspaces with different roles
Allow a single identity provider (IdP) group to be mapped to multiple PandaDoc workspaces with different roles during SSO provisioning. Currently, a group can only appear once in the mapping table and all assigned workspaces must use the same role. Enabling more flexible mapping logic would help organizations with multiple teams and workspaces automate provisioning more effectively.

SSO and SCIM using 2 different providers
We want to use SSO with Google and use our HR system to provision users using SCIM via Rippling (and leave SSO with Google).
I'm sure that multiple clients would use one platform (like Google or Microsoft) and a different platform like (Rippling or Okta) for SCIM.

Ability for a user to approve documents without needing access to "Can view any document."
Currently, even if a custom role has access to approve documents, they can only approve documents created by other users if "Can view any document" is selected. Looking for a way to have users have the ability to approve documents that they are selected to approve, but still not have access to all documents created by other users. They would only have access to documents created by other users if they were added as an approver to that document.

Role Permission pop up notification
Some Roles needs to be enabled for users to perform objectives, it would be better to have a pop up of which part of the Role nees to be enabled.
User 1 Admin Role
User 2 Limited Member Role
User 3 Member RoleAdmin and Member Roles can make changes on quotes while Limited member Role can't make changes and they need to check each side by side on the role comparison to determine which needs to be enabled and disabled.

hello there! So, we've noticed that Google Workspace supports auto provisioning through SCIM only for a subset or third parties that have apps listed on their catalog. They do not support any custom SCIM integration. We have noticed that PandaDoc has an app listed in their catalog, but for Android. Are there any plans at PandaDoc to publicize a web based SAML app in Google's catalog with auto provisioning features? If so, could we get a rough estimate so we can circle back when it's ready and redo the SSO integration with batteries included?

A possibility to restrict access permissions so that a user can only create and manage rooms.

Admin to "Create Workspace" not possible
When you are an Admin but not the Super Admin/ Account Owner. The option to + Create Workspace is available. It is deceiving to give false hope that as an admin you can create a Workspace when in reality you can't.
I hope product can place a banner or a notification message saying that only the main Admin Owner can create
