when creating a document in Salesforce, the created by should be the one who created the document and not the one who connected the integration

Allow one zap to work with multiple templates
I want to set up a zap based on a trigger which include multiple templates
so should be possible to either specify multiple templates/ not only one or exclude some specific templates so zap will work for all the templates except for specified ones

It is very limiting that the PD integration with Freshsales is only available at the deal level. A large portion of our needs to send documents to existing clients have nothing to do with a deal and need to be sent at the Account/Company level. Can you please enable the integration at the account/company level :)
