  5. Using Shared Templates to Create Documents in CRM

    Currently, Editor 2.0 Templates shared across Workspaces cannot be used to create new Documents with integrations. Can only be created in original Workspace. However, it is currently possible with EV1 Templates. Customers would like this ability with EV2 as well.

  16. Sync bullet points back into Salesforce (update opportunity products trigger)

    At the moment, bullet points will not sync back into the description (or a custom rich text field) in Salesforce product when using the trigger. It will show as one line.
