  2. Using Shared Templates to Create Documents in CRM

    Currently, Editor 2.0 Templates shared across Workspaces cannot be used to create new Documents with integrations. Can only be created in original Workspace. However, it is currently possible with EV1 Templates. Customers would like this ability with EV2 as well.

    A very popular software that the legal industry uses is Clio. It's essentially their version of a CRM. We unfortunately do not have a native integration with Clio. The only way to connect us with them is through a third party such as Zapier which adds complexity to a workflow. Lawyers are one of the few professions that are willing to spend the extra money to make their lives easier.   20. PayPro/Przelewy24

    If you're looking seriously at the Polish market it would be a great idea to integrate with PayPro/Przelewy24 as a payment gateway.

    It's an online payment system everybody here uses and loves. Especially the BLIK functionality. Very convenient.

    The integration should be simple enough.
