Ability to populate documents from fields filled in on a prior document
Customer is collecting information on a form in Pandadoc and they want a way to take said information (an address, for example) and populate a corresponding field in another document automatically.

The content of the upload field is displayed in the document
My goal is to send out a model/media release form to a subject and allow them to attach a photo of themselves to the form so we can see who it is. I would like the photo to be displayed on the form, not just the file name of the photo

Add a new Document-level Variable for Documented-Completed-Date
When a Document is Signed/Completed, it would be great to have a Document-level variable that represents the signed/completed Date, that could be used in our new TItles by Variables feature. Similarly, when payment gateways are involved, the paid date may be a valuable option as well. Currently, these dates are listed as available Document variables. also, add them to the get document details API endpoint and Webhook payloads to promote automations

Make .docx downloads support fillable fields when they are filled out.
Currently, .docx downloads show a blank space where there are fillable fields in the form, even if they've been filled out. Would like to see this change!

Make fields conditionally (non-) required if previous field is filled out.
Depending if a Text Field is filled out allow it to trigger to another Text Field to not require to filled out.
For example: if a SSN Text field is filled in, the following fillable field of the EIN number would then trigger to turn off the required.

Ability for recipient to circle text, like radio buttons (type of a field)
Would like to see the ability to have radio button-like option to circle text. I.e. "Circle the best option for you" This way a PDF upload instructions do not need to be edited for the traditional radio buttons.

Highlight/ point out unassigned fields in the template/document
should be an easy way to see which fields are not assigned (in addition to green color, such fields can be highlighted somehow or pointed out/ do have a pop-up so it will be easier to find the unassigned fields

Centralized variable management
What we see happening over time is that we create multiple templates with roughly the same content. Updating these templates is a time consuming endeavor because there is no way we can centrally manage/update the content.
How cool would it be if there would be a central page in settings called "Variables" where
You can create variables with set content.
reuse these variables across all your docs.
A variable could also be an image or a piece of content library contentIt is a simple yet efficient idea that would make our lives a lot easier.

Expanding on hidden fields
It would be awesome if we could have hidden fields to be shown after a document was signed. I was imagining having a "notes" section where the sales person could get specifics for each line item so there can be an easier hand off from the salesperson to the project management team. Currently once the document is signed the hidden field cannot be unhidden. I could also see a world when you download the copy of the doc if you had the option to download it "unhidden" as well.
