UX improvement: More explicit difference between working on a template and working on a document
The Document and Template Editor pages look almost identical. A common first-time user error is creating a document when you think you are creating a template or vice versa. Common for New Hires, New Customers, common support question.
You cant set up an approval workflow on documents, if there was a pop-up that redirected you it would be helpful.
Same with Roles and "why can't I send this document" ... Because you are in a template.

Open a new window when clicking a menu item
If you're working on a Document and click an item from the menu (e.g. Content Library, Templates, Catalogue) it opens up in the same window. When you need to go back to working on your Document , you need to navigate back to it through the menu. There's a work around by manually coping the link, opening a tab and the pasting it. It would be great if a new window/tab opens whenever you click on an item from the menu.

Shift locking boxes
So like in photoshop, when you hold shift it locks it on the horizontal axis or the vertical axis, so this would help massively when trying to align a check box with two different points. As when your trying to align a check box or any other box it goes a bit crazy with the snapping, it would make it cleaner and much more accurate to align multiple boxes.

Bugs
Something I have noticed that I never used to have a problem with until recently. When clicking on the "Price" column on a pricing table and "backspacing" to delete the current pricing to change it. The full pricing table gets deleted and the i have to undo the function to double click on the column and be able to change the pricing. When working quickly on pricing tables having to double click that column seems redundant and would rather just have to click it once to be able to delete and change the pricing.

Add a button to return to the signature panel.
If you go to add a recipient, it is not intuitive to return to the panel to place signatures. Add a button to return to the signature panel.

Inhabilitar captura de pantalla
¿Habría alguna posibilidad de incorporar a PandaDoc el bloqueo de una captura de pantalla? Es decir, o bien que no lo permita o bien que el documento apareza en blanco.
Que solo sea posible su visualización al ser descargado una vez que sea firmado.
En el caso de utilizarlo con trabajadores para su devolución firmada, realizan captura de pantalla pero no devuelven el documento firmado.Gracias

Label "Change Signer" to "Change Signer or Update Email"
If a recipient's email is typed incorrectly, having the ability to update the email address is a great feature that already exists. The label "Change Signer" could be more clear with the label "Change signer or update email".

Allow user role changes for more than one member at a time
Changing many users role is currently very tedious as each one must be changed individually and the page refreshes between each change. Allow users to select mutiple users and bulk edit their role.

Allow user role changes for invited users.
Currently we can't change the role of an invited user. If the incorrect role is selected we have to either wait for them to join the workspace and then change the role, or cancel the invitation and resent.

The ability to change the default screen when creating a doc in Salesforce to Quick Access instead of My Templates
To have the ability to change the default screen that pops up when creating a new doc in Salesforce, to 'Quick Access'. Currently, the default screen is 'My Templates'.
