  1. We would like the ability to change the descriptive text that appears by default in Forms to adjust the wording. In our case, to be a little softer wording than "start the signing process" for our purposes.

  3. Issue:
    Currently, when adding a new Recipient Group through the PandaDoc API (or manually) with the exact same name as an existing group, the existing group's members are overwritten or updated with the new group's members, instead of creating a distinct new group.

    Impact:
    This behavior causes significant issues and data inconsistencies, particularly when managing recipient groups programmatically via the API, as it leads to unintended changes in existing recipient lists.

    Proposed Idea/Solution:
    Please implement a system that ensures recipient groups with identical names are treated as separate and distinct entities. This could be achieved by:

  5. Ability to create catalog categories from api.
    Right now the only way to create Catalog categories in bulk is by uploading a csv with catalog items which already have a category assigned (along with their sub-categories).

  17. When trying to find a webhook related to a document, the current setup is incredibly inefficient. The only way to find a document is based on the time & date stamp. The other filters are okay, but, not enough to make our jobs easier.

    Please not only show the Document ID but also provide a means to filter based on it.

    Date filter is not that great. The window of time jumps from 1 to 4 to 12 to 24 to 168 hours. Who's idea was this? Give your developers something that helps them.

  19. We need to have certain templates to have a feature to download in .docx format and few templates we need to restrict to PDF only. The reason is we include Publications/Drawings(PDF Files) in few documents(using template) which would be difficult or takes longer time to generate the documents. So we can disable the .docx for the templates which doesn't have Publications/Drawings it would be easy or faster way to download"

  20. We maintain a products list in a CRM, and use the API to create projects in that CRM when PandaDoc documents are signed. This requires maintaining a sync between the PandaDoc and CRM products list, which currently has to be done manually through csv import. REST access to the PandaDoc products list would enable us to maintain that sync automatically.
