wir nutzen PandaDoc zur automatisierten Angebotserstellung (Trigger aus Pipedrive/n8n, REST-API). Seit Wochen bestehen gravierende Funktionsdefizite, die unsere Angebotsqualität und Conversion direkt schädigen:
Quote-Builder nicht per API nutzbar
– Keine programmgesteuerte Erstellung von Angebotspositionen mit Produktbildern
– Produktkatalog nicht sauber per API abrufbar/zu verknüpfen
– Folge: Angebote ohne positionsgenaue Bilder, teils graue Platzhalter („grey image placeholder“)
Fehlende vollständige DE-Lokalisierung
– Feste Spaltenbezeichner wie „Quantity“/„Price“ in Angeboten und Systemoberflächen
– Nicht überall über Templates übersetzbar → Vertrauensverlust bei B2B- und Privatkunden
Instabiles Bild-Rendering via API

[Word Export] Quote builder shows hidden fields in Word export
Downloaded PDF version of PandaDoc matched what is in PandaDoc, however the word version included fields that were hidden in the quote tool and created a bunch of formatting issues

To support additional language, Hebrew
Currently the Hebrew language is not supported in PandaDoc. As this language is unavailable it has not been possible to implement PandaDOC fully in our region.

when I try using the endpoint and passing in a signing_order I do not see it reflected on the recipient. Being able to change the signing order programmatically is something that is important to us since, per our last call, we have decided that we are going to be hiding the recipients option and building our own custom recipients UI

Allow Smart Form Fields to Populate Values Even When Hidden
Currently, in PandaDoc Smart Forms, when a rule both hides a field and sets its default value, the value is not populated because hidden fields default to empty.
The solution is to allow hidden fields to retain or populate their values when set by a rule, so users can hide fields from the form interface while still leveraging their values.

Billing Frequency Variable For Pricing Tables
Users would like to have a system variable that captures the billing frequency of products in a pricing table and inserts this value anywhere within the document.

ability to add 3rd discount in one pricing table: 1) in the line items, 2) in the subtotal, and 3) overall total.
I finally had time to try to make this work and I can get two discounts to work but we actually need to be able to have 3:
1) line item discount
2) multi-year discount
3) reseller discountWe need them to also calculate in that order.
