  1. I would like to be able to require a field only if another field has a specific value. Example: If a dropdown field = Yes, then require another field to be filled out.

  3. I have 500 items, and each has a net price and a gross price. This is self-evident, and even if I have 5, 10, or 200 items in my offer/invoice, my customer sees the price column (net price) but not the total, which is important information for my customer in B2B business; we are only talking about net prices. However, the subtotal is always the gross amount; in my opinion, it is not possible otherwise in your offer/invoice. However, I additionally need the net total.

  4. The ability to add section notes and also subtext under a Section title would be great. These notes help outline specifics for each section and adds additional clarity to customers.

  5. We would like the ability to change the descriptive text that appears by default in Forms to adjust the wording. In our case, to be a little softer wording than "start the signing process" for our purposes.

  7. Some values from integration are not front-facing friendly, like values of True/False. Please make a way to make a native feature in PandaDoc that lets you convert such values into something that the creator can manipulate. Like changing the True/False into Yes/No in the document.

  8. I'd like it to be easier to make photo collages within panda docs. I currently create a collage using fundy (it's actually a wedding album design tol) and upload those exports. I'd rather just be able to do this natively.

  11. We anticipate some clients may request refunds, and for internal tracking, it would be helpful if the engagement status reflected that rather than just showing as “Paid.” This would also help us with the total, under the payments section, accurately reflecting the total paid amount.

  12. When selecting Products on a form, it shows the selections below the box - this can lead to a lot of scrolling if you have multiple product boxes in one form. It would be awesome if all products selected across the whole form could show up in a side box on the page (or something like that), so I can see all products selected for review before creating my quote

  13. Currently when you add a product sku to a form, there is no way to change the order of which those products show on the form. And then that translates to quote.

    It would be awesome to be able to sort products manually so I can make sure they show up in a good order for my reps and customers.

  18. Issue:
    Currently, when adding a new Recipient Group through the PandaDoc API (or manually) with the exact same name as an existing group, the existing group's members are overwritten or updated with the new group's members, instead of creating a distinct new group.

    Impact:
    This behavior causes significant issues and data inconsistencies, particularly when managing recipient groups programmatically via the API, as it leads to unintended changes in existing recipient lists.

    Proposed Idea/Solution:
    Please implement a system that ensures recipient groups with identical names are treated as separate and distinct entities. This could be achieved by:

  20. I have the need to use tabular data that is non-product related into my Pandadoc templates.

    What I mean by this is for a quote / proposal or other primary object, I have custom lookup objects in Salesforce that needs to be mapped in a repeatable way into a standard table in Pandadoc.

    I don't want to use a pricing table or quote builder table, just a standard table with rows that repeat for each related lookup object associated with my primary object, say a quote or an opportunity in Salesforce.
