  7. Allow a PandaDoc user to see when an expired document is opened

    For an expired document, add functionality allowing PD user to see when an expired document is opened (can re-engage with a customer after doc expires)

  8. Remove Email Notifications When Sending on Behalf

    Right now, when you send a document on behalf of another user, that user is automatically notified by email since "they" sent the email. The request is to remove them from this so they are not "bombarded" with emails.

  15. Prevent HubSpot Percentages from Converting to Decimals in PandaDoc

    HubSpot variables in percentage format to retain their original formatting when pulled into PandaDoc. Specifically, if a property in HubSpot is displayed as 3%, it should appear exactly as 3% in the PandaDoc document, not converted to its decimal equivalent (e.g., 0.03).

  20. SMS Verification: track the SMS deliverability

    Ability to track the SMS deliverability from client's end. Any available error code (such as Sent / Delivered / Pending to be Delivered etc) which could be somehow provided to them would add lot of value as they could monitor the performance of the SMS Gateways and report any issue back to you.​
