  2. When duplicating a document, to preserve the information (payment data).
    It would be helpful to have a toggle to allow the payment data to transfer to the new document when duplicating it.
    example: A completed agreement for an event with the number of guests, deposit, and date.
    Then the client needs to update the number of seats where the deposit needs to be updated; when duplicating the document, the deposit amount could be updated while maintaining payment data.

  3. Allow for [Shift + arrow keys] to adjust the height and width of selected fillable fields to get the exact size needed. Compare to Adobe Sign. [Shift + arrow up/down] adjusts field height. [Shift + arrow left/right] adjusts field width.

  4. Very few of our users ever use the PandaDoc to send documents or collect signatures. Most of them, at least as far as I understand, will use the templates to create a document, then just download it, print it out, and deliver it person to collect an in-person signature. From what I can tell, the downloading of documents is not subject to the approval workflow process, regardless of whether the button says “send” or “send for approval.”

  9. Often a client needs to approve a document before it can be sent to their boss (the person signing on behalf of the company).

    The "document forwarding & signature forwarding" options are not only very confusing to a lot of clients but also confusing for internal approval flows (i.e. there is a signer appointed to a document that is not eligible to sign on behalf of the company).

  20. In our contract, we include the PandaDoc signed cost proposal as "Attachment B" to our contact, which is visible to clients without clicking on an attachment. The PDF file format option was available to us using the classic editor. However, in 2.0 the image block only supports the following 3 files: JPG, PNG, WebP. Since PandaDoc does not export completed documents in these supported file formats, it makes it incredibly challenging to include the cost proposal as a visual document in our contract.
